What we fix on Irrigreen systems

• Supply-side work: backflow, filtration, pressure/flow checks, pump and well issues feeding the system
• Wiring, valves, master valve and sensors on the Smart Controller's 8 conventional zones
• Clean or replace filter screens and nozzle kits; adjust head height/swing joints
• Spring start-up, winterization and routine maintenance (Irrigreen says systems stay serviceable by pros)
• Replace damaged or unwanted Irrigreen heads with conventional rotors/sprays and valves on new zones
• Become an Irrigreen-certified installer (free, under an hour) to buy direct and quote installs
• Proprietary: head internals, firmware, mapping and app issues require Irrigreen support, not field repair

Irrigreen problems we see most

• Needs constant 40–80 psi and at least 8 gpm; low or fluctuating pressure causes erratic throw and heads that don't pop fully
• Clogged screens on well or unfiltered water; Irrigreen recommends a 100-mesh/150-micron filter
• Individual head failures after a season (replaced under warranty)
• Backflow preventer and shutoff valves are not included and must be added
• Proprietary heads, wiring and controller do not connect to an existing conventional system
• Difficulty finding a responsive certified installer in some areas
• Wiring/installation difficulty reported by DIY buyers
• Heads cost roughly $200+ each, so damage from mowers or edgers is expensive
