Sprinkler Valve, Timer & Wiring Repair

When a zone won't turn on — or won't shut off — the cause is almost always a valve, a controller or the wiring in between. We trace it to the source and repair or replace it, usually on the first visit.

Valves & Solenoids Timers & Controllers Wire & Solenoid Locating All Major Brands

Your sprinkler heads get all the attention, but the parts that actually make a zone turn on and off are the valves, the controller and the wiring in between. When one fails, a zone won't run — or won't stop. We diagnose the whole control path and fix it at the source.

Valves & solenoids

We repair and replace every part of the valve side of your system: solenoid (electric) valves, index valves, master valves and zone/anti-siphon valves, plus valve rebuilds, stuck and leaking valves, dirty diaphragms, and buried valve-box clean-outs. If a zone won't open or won't close, this is usually where it starts.

Timers, controllers & sensors

From a blank display to a lost schedule after a storm, we repair, reprogram and replace irrigation timers and controllers (digital and mechanical) of every major brand. We handle blown fuses and transformers, dead zone outputs, rain & freeze sensors and Wi-Fi modules — and we can upgrade you to a smart Wi-Fi controller that waters based on the weather.

Wiring & solenoid locating

A break in the buried wire or a bad splice cuts the signal from the controller to the valve. We trace and locate broken wires and faulty solenoids, repair the connection and get the controller and valve talking again — no guesswork, no tearing up the whole yard.

Control-Side Repairs

What we repair & replace

The electrical and valve parts that make every zone fire on cue.

Solenoid & Electric Valves

Rebuilt or replaced so the zone opens and closes on command — the #1 fix for a zone that won't run.

Index & Master Valves

We service index valves and master valves that sequence your zones and protect the whole system.

Timers & Controllers

Repaired, reprogrammed or replaced — digital or mechanical, every major brand, including after storm damage.

Rain & Freeze Sensors

Tested and replaced so your system skips watering when it rains — and stays compliant with JEA rules.

Wire & Solenoid Locating

We trace broken wires and bad splices underground and repair the connection — no tearing up the yard.

Stuck or Leaking Valves

Debris and worn diaphragms keep valves from sealing. We clean, rebuild or replace them so they hold.

Valve & Timer FAQ

Questions, answered

Why won't my sprinkler zone turn on?

A dead zone is almost always electrical — a failed solenoid, a bad valve, a blown controller fuse, or a break in the underground wire. We test the controller, valves and wiring to pinpoint it and get the zone running again.

Why won't my sprinkler system shut off?

A zone stuck running usually means a valve is held open by debris or a failed solenoid, or the controller is faulty. We rebuild or replace the valve, or repair the controller, so it closes like it should.

Can you find a broken sprinkler wire underground?

Yes. We trace and locate broken wires, bad splices and faulty solenoids, then repair the connection so the controller can talk to the valve again.

Do you replace old sprinkler controllers and timers?

We do — digital and mechanical timers, controllers and index valves of every major brand. We can also upgrade you to a smart Wi-Fi controller that waters based on the weather.

My controller died after a storm — can you fix it?

Often, yes. Power surges blow controller fuses, transformers and zone outputs. We test it, repair what we can, and replace the controller if it's beyond saving — then reprogram your schedule.
