One visit, fixed right — our trucks come fully stocked

When we head out for a sprinkler repair, we don’t just take a look and come back another day. Every Aqua Premier service truck rolls up fully stocked — sprinkler heads, nozzles, valves, wire, fittings, controllers, sensors and the parts that fit the systems we see across Northeast Florida are already on board. That means the vast majority of repairs are diagnosed and fixed on the very first visit, so you’re not left waiting days for a part or watering by hand. We come ready to get your system running the same day.

  • Valve & wire locating + repair
  • Leak detection & repair
  • Smart / Wi-Fi controller setup & programming
  • Rain sensors
  • Drip & micro-spray irrigation
  • Reclaimed water systems
  • Sand filtration systems

  • Pool & patio reroutes

Controllers, timers & valves

When a zone won’t turn on — or won’t shut off — the cause is usually electrical, and we trace it to the source. We repair and replace controllers and timers (digital and mechanical), solenoid / electric valves, index valves, master valves and zone valves, plus the underground wiring, splices and solenoids that drive them. We also fit rain & freeze sensors and Wi-Fi modules. Blank display, a zone stuck on, or the whole system dead after a storm? We’ll find it and fix it — usually the same day. Low pressure, pumps & wells

Weak spray, a zone that won’t reach, or a system that never builds pressure usually points to the supply side. We diagnose low water pressure and service the parts behind it — irrigation pump repair & replacement, pump priming, pump start relays & capacitors, and check & foot valves — on city, well and reclaimed-water systems. See pumps & wells →

Leak detection & full-system diagnostics

A hidden irrigation leak can quietly waste thousands of gallons and spike your water bill. Our leak detection & repair finds mainline breaks, cracked lateral lines, leaking valves and blown heads. Not sure what’s wrong? A full system diagnostic runs every zone one at a time — checking for buried, broken or tilted heads, line breaks, valve and wiring faults, controller programming, and the pump & master valve — so nothing slips through. See sprinkler leak detection & repair →

Upgrades, renovations & system redesign

Older system fighting you every season? We also handle upgrades, renovations and full system redesigns — adding or relocating zones, converting to high-efficiency heads and drip, and re-engineering coverage so every part of your lawn gets the water it needs.

New irrigation installation & pool / patio reroutes

A properly designed and installed sprinkler system is the key to a healthy landscape — and to lower water bills and less maintenance down the road. From simple residential systems to intricate commercial layouts, we install only top-of-the-line products, with flex pipe on every turf head to prevent run-over damage. Adding a pool or patio? We also handle pool & patio reroutes so your whole yard stays covered. See sprinkler system installation →

Water conservation & smart controllers

Save water and your flowers will thank you. We install rain-collection barrels, water-saving drip irrigation, and smart Wi-Fi controllers (Rachio, B-hyve, Hydrawise and more) that water based on the weather — so your lawn gets exactly what it needs and nothing more. Common sprinkler problems we fix

If your system is doing any of these, we can diagnose and repair it — usually on the first visit.

A zone won’t turn on

A dead zone is almost always electrical — a failed solenoid, a bad valve or a break in the underground wire. We locate the fault and get it watering again.

The system won’t shut off

A zone stuck running usually means a valve held open by debris or a failed solenoid. We rebuild or replace the valve so it closes like it should.

Low pressure or weak spray

Short throw and misting point to a supply, pump or broken-line issue. We find the restriction and restore the pressure your heads need.

Heads won’t pop up

Clogged, tilted or stuck heads leave dry rings in the lawn. We clean, straighten or replace them and re-aim the spray for full coverage.

Brown & dry spots

Uneven coverage, mismatched head types or a weak zone. We rebalance and re-head the system so the whole lawn drinks evenly.

Water bill suddenly high

A hidden leak or a controller running too long is usually the culprit. We track down the waste — a stuck valve, broken line or bad program — and fix it.

Controller or timer not working

Blank display, won’t start the program, or lost its schedule after a storm. We repair, reprogram or replace controllers and timers — every brand.

Broken pipe or geyser

A cracked main or lateral can flood a bed fast. We dig, repair and pressure-test the line so water goes back where it belongs.

Sprinkler FAQ

Questions, answered

How do I book — and what does a repair cost?

Book online in about a minute or give us a call. Sprinkler service & repair visits include a service call — we roll up in a fully stocked truck and diagnose the issue on-site, usually fixing it the same day. The service call covers the trip and diagnosis (it isn’t automatically credited toward the work), and we’ll share any additional pricing before starting. New irrigation system installations are quoted at no charge. See current pricing on our booking page.

Do you service my brand of controller or heads?

Almost certainly. We repair and program all major brands — Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro, Irritrol, Orbit, K-Rain, Nelson, Rachio, B-hyve and Hydrawise — including smart/Wi-Fi controllers.

Can you set up a smart / Wi-Fi sprinkler controller?

Yes. We install and program smart controllers (Rachio, B-hyve, Hydrawise and more) so your system waters based on the weather — saving water and keeping your lawn healthy.

Is your work guaranteed?

Every repair and installation is backed by our 2-year workmanship & parts warranty. We’re fully licensed and insured (St. Johns County Lic# BL-5805).

How soon can you come out?

Most visits are scheduled within one business day, and we offer same-day service for urgent issues like a stuck valve flooding your yard. Premier+ plan members get 48-hour priority scheduling in peak season.

Why won’t my sprinkler zone turn on?

A zone that won’t fire is almost always electrical — a failed solenoid, a bad valve, or a break in the underground wire. We test the controller, valves and wiring to pinpoint it and get the zone running again, usually on the same visit.

Why is my sprinkler system leaking or spraying everywhere?

Leaks come from cracked pipes, worn valves or broken and blown heads. We run leak detection to find the source — including hidden mainline breaks — and repair it so you stop wasting water and money.

Why do I have dry or brown spots even when the system runs?

It’s usually uneven coverage: clogged or tilted heads, mismatched head types, low pressure, or a weak zone. We rebalance and re-aim coverage so the whole lawn waters evenly.

My timer/controller isn’t working — can you fix it?

Yes. Blank display, won’t start the program, or lost its schedule after a power outage or storm — we repair, reprogram or replace controllers and timers of every brand, including smart/Wi-Fi models.

Why is my water bill suddenly so high?

A hidden irrigation leak or a controller running too long are the most common causes. A quick diagnostic finds the waste — a stuck valve, broken line or bad program — and we fix it.

Do you repair reclaimed water irrigation systems?

Yes. Reclaimed (purple-pipe) systems are common across Nocatee and St. Johns County. We service their filters, heads, valves and pressure just like potable-water and well systems.

Can you upgrade or redesign an older sprinkler system?

Absolutely. We add and relocate zones, convert to high-efficiency heads and drip, and redesign coverage on aging systems so they water better and waste less.
