K-Rain problems we see most

• Indexing valve sends water to several zones at once (needs ~10 GPM; worn diaphragm, clogged intake or main-line filter)
• Indexing valve skips zones (pump suction leaks, valve too far from source)
• Indexing valve stuck / won't cycle from backflow (needs check valves on higher zones)
• Gear-drive rotor stops turning (sand/debris in the gear drive - clean filter or replace head)
• RPS75i no water with flow control off (riser pops but no flow)
• Pump start relay chattering (undersized wire or transformer)
• Controller won't run in AUTO or loses time (power/relay issues)
