What we fix on Netro systems

• Reprogram schedules, zones, soil/plant types and watering restrictions in the Netro app
• Re-pair the controller to Wi-Fi, relocate it or add a range extender
• Verify 24 VAC output and solenoid resistance to separate controller faults from valve faults
• Repair valves, solenoids, wiring and master valve feeding the controller
• Mount and wire a replacement Sprite/Spark, or swap to a conventional or other smart controller
• Install and position Whisperer sensors; set up Pixie hose timers
• Cannot repair Netro circuit boards or firmware; those go back under the 2-year warranty

• Controller shows online but manual starts hang on 'in communication' (reported on Spark and Sprite)
