Our Warranty & Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind every system we install and every repair we make. Here's exactly what's covered, for how long, and what to expect — in plain English, with no fine print.

2-Year Workmanship & Parts 15-Year Gutter Guarantee From the Date of Completion No Fine Print

At Aqua Premier, a handshake still means something. Every install and repair we do is backed by a 2-year warranty on our workmanship and the parts we install, starting the date the work is completed. No registration cards, no fine print — if something we did fails because of how we did it, we come back and make it right.

A few of our services carry an even longer promise. Here's how the warranty works for each.

Irrigation & sprinklers

New sprinkler systems, zone additions and repairs are covered by our 2-year workmanship and parts warranty from the date of completion. That covers defects in our work and the parts we install — valves, heads, wiring and the controllers we supply. See sprinkler repair & irrigation →

Seamless gutters & gutter guards

Our seamless gutters come with a 2-year warranty plus our own 15-year workmanship guarantee — we build them to last decades, and we back that up. Gutter guards add a no-clog guarantee: if leaves and pine straw get past them, we make it right. See seamless gutters →

Drainage systems

Yard drainage, French drains, catch basins and channel drains are covered by our 2-year workmanship warranty. Because drainage works directly against Florida's weather and water table, it's worth being specific about what that does — and doesn't — cover.

What this warranty covers

  • Pipe joints or fittings that separate due to installation error
  • Components that fail because they were installed improperly
  • Incorrect slope or grading performed by Aqua Premier
  • Workmanship that prevents the system from functioning as intended

What this warranty does not cover

  • Water entering any structure — home, garage or crawlspace (please read the note below)
  • Blockages, clogs or debris buildup — this is normal maintenance, not a defect
  • Property changes made after installation — new landscaping, patios, pools or fencing
  • Natural events or conditions outside our control — storms, hurricanes, flooding or erosion
  • Normal wear or homeowner misuse — such as blocking outlets or covering drains with mulch

Keeping your system covered (homeowner maintenance)

A drainage system only works when water can move through it freely. To keep your warranty valid and your system flowing:

  • Keep catch-basin and channel-drain grates clear
  • Keep drain outlets uncovered and unblocked
  • Don't cover French-drain rock with mulch or soil
  • Schedule routine drain cleaning every 1–2 years

An honest note about water and your home

"Do you guarantee your drainage system will keep water out of my home, garage or crawlspace?"

It's the most important question, so we'll answer it straight: a well-designed drainage system dramatically reduces standing water and the risk of intrusion — but no contractor can honestly guarantee that water will never enter a structure. Florida's rainfall, high water table and soil conditions are beyond anyone's control. We warranty our workmanship and stand behind it completely; we just can't warranty against nature. Routine maintenance is required for the system to perform as designed.

Warranty FAQ

Questions, answered

How long is your warranty?

Two years on our workmanship and the parts we install, starting the date the work is completed. Seamless gutters carry an additional 15-year workmanship guarantee, and gutter guards include a no-clog guarantee. There's no fine print and nothing to register.

Does the warranty cover clogs or debris?

No — clearing leaves, dirt and debris is routine maintenance, not a defect in our work. If a drain or gutter clogs over time, our drainage cleaning and gutter cleaning services take care of it.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Two easy ways: call us at (904) 779-3985, or book a warranty visit online — pick a time, and add your address and the approximate completion date. We'll come take a look, and if it's our workmanship we'll make it right.

Why won't you guarantee my home stays dry?

Because no honest contractor can. A good drainage system greatly reduces standing water and the risk of intrusion, but Florida's rain, water table and soil are beyond our control. We fully guarantee our workmanship — we just can't guarantee nature.
