What we fix on Wyze systems

• Program schedules or Rules in the Wyze app and set up zones, master valve/pump relay
• Re-connect to Wi-Fi, relocate the controller or install the outdoor box
• Test 24 VAC output and solenoids to tell a controller fault from a valve fault
• Repair valves, solenoids, field wiring and pump relays feeding it
• Replace a failed or unsupported unit with a conventional or contractor-grade smart controller (required on index-valve systems)
• Cannot service the board, firmware or Sprinkler Plus cloud; those are Wyze-only

Wyze problems we see most

• Scheduled and Smart Schedule runs skip while manual/quick runs work; Wyze support acknowledged this as an ongoing issue and suggested Rules as a workaround
• Controller drops offline or reboots into setup mode looking for Wi-Fi
• Waits roughly two weeks before falling back to its offline schedule, so nothing waters in between
• App reports a zone running while no valve opens
• Suspected under-powered adapter causing erratic zone behavior
• Not compatible with index valves (common on Florida well/pump systems)
• Indoor-only unit; outdoor installs need the add-on box
• Weather skip and moisture features stop when the Sprinkler Plus subscription lapses
